I had the absolute pleasure of working with Vanessa Marshall. Throughout the entire process, Vanessa Marshall was always available to answer my questions, no matter how small. She was proactive in addressing potential challenges, making what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Their negotiation skills are top-notch, and I felt confident knowing she was advocating for my best interests.

I recently relocated for a job from Dallas to Tennessee. I was referred by my employer to a realtor in Memphis to work with for my relocation. After running into some issues with the realtor, I did my own search online. Out of the three realtors I called and left messages for, Vanessa Marshall was the only one that returned my call. Ms. Marshall was very knowledgeable about the market in Memphis and answered any questions I had. She worked patiently with my schedule as I traveled back and forth between states. She kept me updated and informed at all times about all properties I showed interest in. There was never any hesitation to see a home at any time or day. I would highly recommend Ms. Marshall to anyone looking for a home.

I recently relocated to Memphis from Dallas and my employer referred me to an agent that was really not interested in helping my find a new home. I searched the internet for agents and found three and Vanessa was the only one that returned my call. Vanessa is professional and knowledgeable. She started working with me in July and had the true patience of Job. She listened to my wants and need for a new home and spent countless hours showing me he homes. Anything I asked, she either had the answer or would find out for me. She truly went above and beyond and I am grateful that she helped me find my dream home and I closed on 10/7. I would refer Vanessa to anyone and will only work with her if I ever need an agent again!!

Vanessa is very knowledgeable and helpful. She was patient and learned what I wanted very quickly. She gave me ideas of different things I could do to make any house how I wanted. She also helped with making sure I saved money and stayed within budget. She's great!!!

I was in the market for a new home. She coached me by helping me get the house my wife and I was living in ready for sale. She helped us stage the house so we could get top dollar for it. Once she found what we was looking for in a home, she was very patient in making sure we got it and did not settle for anything less. We are very grateful for her service.

Vanessa gets A++++++++++ in my book. Me and my husband were looking for the perfect home and Vanessa helped make that possible. She was able to get us our Must Haves and stay within a reasonable budget. I would recommend her to anyone, rather 1st time home buyer or second buyer. Kudos to her.
